There it was again-the dried-up coffee ring on the break room counter. The same one I wiped yesterday. And the day before. And the week before that. Right next to the half-empty sugar packet, used stir stick, and someone’s crusty spoon.
And we all know who it is. The same coworker who microwaves fish, leaves their dishes ” to soak” for eternity, and thinks “cleaning up” means sliding crumbs under the toaster. At this point, I’m considering submitting a facilities request just to have their mug permanently glued to their desk.
It’s not even about the mess anymore-it’s about the message: ” My time is more important than yours.” And that is what gets on my last nerve.
What About You?
Vent it out in the comments below. Because when life tests our nerves, we test keyboards with our frustration.
Stay strong, friends. Tomorrow’s another day-but today? This was it.
